Work with Kids Part Time Therapist (paid training)
Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist – No Experience Needed!
Pay: $20-25 per hour, based on experience and education
About Us
We work with kids of all ages, providing ABA therapy. We are a [2026] Top Workplace in Orange County and are looking for enthusiastic therapists to join our team. We serve families throughout [Orange County – e.g., Anaheim, Fountain Valley, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Orange, Santa Ana].
We are hiring part-time and full-time therapists to work with our awesome kiddos. We have immediate availability between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday (4–32 hours per week), with optional weekend hours. We're super flexible and will work around your schedule. [Staff working 30+ hours per week qualify for full-time benefits.]
No experience necessary! You'll receive comprehensive PAID training and weekly oversight from our credentialed supervisors.

What You'll Do
* Conduct one-on-one sessions in homes, schools, clinics, and the community, driving to each location as needed
* Teach a wide range of skills, including language and communication, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills
* Implement positive behavioral supports developed by your supervisor
* Collect daily session data on a company tablet
* Facilitate social skills play dates
* Work directly with families to teach programs, include siblings in sessions, and support learning at home and in the community
Requirements
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance
* Energetic, reliable, and caring
* Live Scan background check, completed after a conditional offer (we reimburse the cost)
* Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese a plus
